A crypto exchange has reassured customers that their money is now with a much richer guy.
The company said the transfer marks a new era of custody, stability, and knowing that someone with better lawyers has physical proximity to the wallets.
"We understand users have questions," said interim trust officer Gavin Pell. "Where are the funds? Who controls them? Is the richer guy nice? These are fair questions, and we can confirm he has a very calming watch."
Customers will receive monthly transparency updates showing how close their money is to the richer guy, whether he is traveling, and whether any of his yachts have recently been renamed.
The exchange said withdrawals remain paused while the richer guy thinks about liquidity from a balcony.
