In a shocking twist of events, it has been revealed that internet sensation and YouTube guitar guru, Stevie T, has been lying to us all this time. In a recent interview, Stevie admitted that the popular metal YouTuber Jared Dines is, in fact, a figment of his imagination.
The truth came to light after Stevie was caught lying about the two of them collaborating on a video. Stevie, who had previously claimed that he and Jared had been working on a project, quickly backtracked and revealed that Jared was nothing more than a character he had created to make his videos more interesting.
When asked why he created Jared, Stevie gave an unexpected answer: “I wanted to have a metalhead to mock and make fun of. Let’s face it, metalheads can be pretty annoying, so I figured it would be a good source of comedy material.“
Stevie also admitted that he had been using his alter ego to troll metalheads on various forums and comment sections. “I thought it was funny to see people getting angry at this imaginary person,” he said. “I mean, come on, it’s not like they were going to find out he wasn’t real.“
Despite this revelation, Stevie said he would continue making videos and collaborating with other YouTubers. He also promised to keep Jared alive in spirit by continuing to make fun of metalheads in the comment sections.
