In a bold move to boost morale and inspire its shoppers, Walmart has announced plans to play motivational music through its loudspeakers. The retail giant will be introducing a new anthem, entitled “Another Day, Another Dollar,” which will be played on a loop throughout the store.
“We believe that this anthem will give our shoppers that extra push they need to keep going,” said a Walmart spokesperson. “Whether they’re stocking up on ramen noodles and toilet paper or searching for that perfect pair of sweatpants, we want them to know that they can do it – and do it with a smile on their face.“
The anthem, which was written and produced by a team of top motivational speakers, is a catchy and upbeat tune that encourages shoppers to “keep on shopping, no matter what.” The lyrics include such inspirational lines as “Don’t let the long lines bring you down, just think of all the deals you’ll find” and “Don’t let the crowds get you down, just think of all the people you’ll meet.“
Walmart is confident that this anthem will be a hit with shoppers and will serve as a constant reminder to keep pushing through the struggles of daily life. “We know that shopping at Walmart can be tough, but with this anthem playing in the background, we believe that our shoppers will be able to power through any obstacle,” said the spokesperson.
In addition to the anthem, Walmart will also be introducing a new line of merchandise, including t-shirts and mugs emblazoned with the anthem’s catchy chorus. “We want our shoppers to be able to take a piece of this motivational message with them, wherever they go,” said the spokesperson.
