Chicago, IL – In a surprise move, Disturbed frontman David Draiman announced that the band’s highly-anticipated new album will be released “whenever the voices in my head tell me to.”
Speaking to a crowd of fans at a recent concert, Draiman stated, “I’ve always been guided by the voices in my head, and they’ve never steered me wrong. So, I’ve decided to let them have full creative control over the release of our new album. It’s only fair, you know?“
When asked about a specific release date, Draiman shrugged and replied, “Who knows? Maybe it’ll drop tomorrow, maybe it’ll drop in 10 years. It’s all up to the voices, man.”
Disturbed fans reacted quickly to the news, with some expressing excitement about the unique release strategy and others expressing concern for Draiman’s mental health.
“I’m a little worried about David’s well-being, but I also trust that he knows what he’s doing,” said longtime fan Sarah Michaels. “Plus, it’s not like Disturbed to do things the traditional way, so I’m excited to see how this all plays out.”
Despite the uncertainty surrounding the release date, one thing is certain: Disturbed’s new album will surely be a hit… whenever it finally drops.
In the meantime, fans can catch Disturbed on tour as they continue to rock audiences across the country, with or without the guidance of the voices in Draiman’s head.”
