In a shocking turn of events, heavy metal band Suicide Silence has announced their newest album, “Silent No More.” Fans of the band were taken aback by the announcement, as the band’s name has always been synonymous with ear-shattering, guttural screams.
“We’ve always pushed the boundaries of what’s considered ‘heavy’,” said lead vocalist Eddie Hermida. “But this time, we’re taking it to the next level. We’re breaking the world record for the loudest silence.“
The band is set to release the album in a unique way by recording the sound of silence in a vacuum-sealed room and then amplifying it to a level that will shatter eardrums and leave listeners questioning the very nature of sound itself.
“We’re not just challenging the limits of music, we’re challenging the limits of human endurance,” Hermida continued. “We’re going to make sure that everyone who hears this album will never be able to hear anything else again.“
When asked how they plan to promote the album, the band said they would be touring the country, performing in complete silence. “We’re going to let the music speak for itself,” said Hermida. “Or, in this case, not speak for itself.“
The album is set to release on March 10, 2023.
